Witch Doctor is a special class with many skills of summons. The Top five skill builds are Firebats build, Poison Dart build, Firebomb zombie build, Sacrifice Hex build and Plague of Toads Poison builds.
Witch Doctor Firebats Skill Build – Public Game Monster Power 7
You can see this build common in the public game. A swarm of bats fly around the Demons are pretty awesome. Acid Cloud can give a large AOE damage. Spirit Walk can catch up the movement speed of your teammates like Monk and Barbarian.

Witch Doctor Poison Dart Skill Build – Public Game Monster Power 8 or MP10 Solo
This build can have a lot of buffs on your allies, for example, Big Bad Voodoo to increase the movement speed for you and your teammates. In high monster power, your health potion cool down may be too long for you. The rune Death is Life can produce health potion for you.

Witch Doctor Firebomb Zombie Skill Build
Gargantuan can summon a zombie to fight for you which would accompany you by your side all until death. He can fight for you even you are walled by the Elites or run away from the Molten Champions. Firebomb can jump twice which is efficient in mob density.

Witch Doctor Sacrifice Hex Skill Build
It would be fun to hex the enemies into chicken which would take additional damage. Sacrifice would gain enormous life back when you are in danger.

Diablo 3 Plague of Toads Poison Skill Build
Rune Rain of Toads, Zombie Bears and Big Stinker can all deal poison effect.
