Mantra of Conviction -> Binding Flash -> Sweeping Wind -> First of Thunder -> Way of the Hundred Fists -> Exploding Palm
Follow these steps, you would not encounter any spirit shortage. Mantra of Conviction and Blinding Flash are to give your strikes following a damage boost. As long as you gain three wave of Sweeping Wind, you would gain spirit afterward. Maintaining Sweeping Wind, you can give Fists of Thunder and Wave of the Hundred Fists in circle to gain the 8% damage. Exploding Palm to kill the monsters that still fight there after your first wave of monster slaying.
