There are a lot of Diablo 3 Barbarian Hammer of the Ancients Build variant online. But this build is a little different as it involves Leap and Ground Stomp besides, Battle Rage, Rend and Wrath of the Berserker. You can try it for fun when you get tired of Barbarian WW build and other normal builds.

Barbarian HotA Leap Build Skills and Runes:

Skill Use:
Leap = => Battle Rage = => Ground Stomp = => Rend = => Hammer of the Ancients = => Wrath of the Berserker

Leap into monster crowd to get the Fury. Battle Rage to increase damage and critical hit chance which would be great for HotA. Ground Stomp would pull monsters close again after the Leap rune Call of Arreat until you get almost full Fury. Then Hammer of the Ancients, this can almost guarantee a critical hit chance of Smash rune. When you have 50 Fury, use Wrath of the Berserker.

I have been using this build for a month. It is really interesting and fun to use leap and Ground Stomp. You can use it in Monster Power 10 power leveling farm, Demonic Essence Loot as well as Uber boss fight. But uber boss would not be of great efficiency. Try it and you would find it yourself.

This build do not require much on the items. If you have enough budget, you can buy a Skorn with life steal stats. Then you can replace passive skill Bloodthirst with Unforgiving or Animosity to increase Fury generation or Nerves of Steel to increase your Armor.
