Shock Pulse, Archon and Critical Mass are the three core skills in the Wizard Archon CM Build. As long as there are enough Demons, you would get additional 1 second bonus. CC can reduce the CD of your spells and the rune of Energy Armor can add your Critical Hit Chance. They are perfect match. When your Archon is in the cooldown time, your main skill should be Shock Pulse. Remember to activate Energy Armor and Magic Weapon to increase your damage and life steal stats. Frost Nova and Diamond Skin alternatively to keep you safe until the Archon can be used again.

Archon - Improved Archon: If you have high DPS and can slay all the monsters even before they can attack you, then you should go to higher Monster Power. Remember that as long as there are enough monsters, use Archon to get additional time bonus.

Energy Armor + Magic Weapon + Shock Pulse: You would find that apart from Archon, you do not have much skills of great damage skill available. So you need Energy Armor to increase your armor and critical hit chance which would last 120 seconds. Magic Weapon to increase damage and life steal stats in case you do not have enough life back in battle. Then use Shock pulse always. It is really easy to control which is really good for Diablo 3 newbies.

Frost Nova + Diamond Skin: Choose the Rune Cold Snap to reduce the cooldown time of Frost Nova. With the CM, you can always have FN at your hand. If you do not, then Diamond Skin should rescue you out of the trouble.

Passive Skills: Critical Mass + Unstable Anomaly + Arcane Dynamo. CM is related to the reduction of CD. Unstable Anomaly would give you a second chance when you get a fatal damage. But one chance in 60 seconds. Arcane Dynamo would increase the Damage.

Sword + Triumvirate: As I play Monk before, I directly borrow the weapon from the Monk with life steal stats. Triumvirate is really cheap with lightning damage bonus, socket and critical hit chance. I bought this Triumvirate with only 800,000 Diablo 3 Gold.
